Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

 

1. General Policy Statement

HarveyRoss maintains a structured return and refund process designed to ensure product integrity, fair customer treatment, and operational consistency. This policy sets out the conditions under which order cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within two (2) hours of placement by contacting contact@harveyross-care.com.

Cancellation requests submitted after this period may be declined if the order has entered processing or shipment. A cancellation is considered effective only once written confirmation has been issued by HarveyRoss. Refunds cannot be initiated without such confirmation.

 


 

3. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted where a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be submitted within thirty (30) days after delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation

  • The reported defect or damage must be clearly identifiable and verifiable

To support assessment, HarveyRoss may request photographic or video evidence demonstrating the reported issue prior to approving a return.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental or cosmetic damage

  • Misuse or use inconsistent with provided instructions

  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications

 


 

4. Return Authorization and Return Procedure

All returns must be approved in advance to ensure proper processing.

4.1 Return Authorization (RA)

Customers must contact contact@harveyross-care.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns submitted without prior approval may not be processed.

4.2 Approved Return Address

Returned items must be shipped exclusively to the return address provided by HarveyRoss following approval. Returns sent to unauthorized addresses cannot be processed.

4.3 Packaging and Dispatch

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and must include all original components.

4.4 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Use of a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended. HarveyRoss cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery.

 


 

5. Customs, Duties, and International Returns

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related charges.

Refunds can only be processed after the returned item has been successfully received and inspected by HarveyRoss. If a return is delayed or held by customs due to unpaid fees, the refund process will remain pending until receipt is completed.

Return shipping costs and customs charges are non-refundable.

 


 

6. Inspection and Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt to verify compliance with this policy.

Following inspection:

  • Customers will be notified in writing of the outcome

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days

If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, the refund request will be denied. Where applicable, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

 


 

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for products confirmed to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery. All exchange requests are subject to the same eligibility, authorization, and inspection requirements as returns.

Exchange delivery times vary by destination and typically require 10–15 business days.

 


 

8. Sale and Promotional Items

Unless expressly stated at the time of purchase:

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items are non-refundable

  • Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds under this policy

 


 

9. Promotional Trial Offers

Any “30-Day Trial” or similar promotional offer remains subject to the terms of this policy. Trial products must meet all eligibility, authorization, and inspection requirements to qualify for a refund or exchange. Promotional language does not override these conditions.
